Terms Of Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, submitting a quote request, scheduling services, or otherwise engaging with our services, you (“you,” “Client,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

We provide commercial and residential cleaning, janitorial, disinfection, floor-care, and related services as described on our website. We may from time to time update, modify or discontinue certain services. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you if there is a material change.

3. Quotes, Scheduling & Payment

3.1 Quotes and Estimates – All quotes or estimates provided by us are based on the information you provide and are valid for the time period stated (or if none, for 30 days).
3.2 Scheduling – When you accept a quote and schedule a service date, you commit to that appointment. If you cancel or reschedule, our standard cancellation/rescheduling policy (described below) applies.
3.3 Payment – Payment is due pursuant to the terms in your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due on or before completion of the service. If payment is not timely received, we may suspend future services or take other actions (including charging interest or collection).
3.4 Late Payment & Fees – Late payments may incur fees or interest at the maximum rate permitted by law. You are responsible for any costs of collection, including legal fees if necessary.

4. Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a service, you must provide us with at least [ Insert number of hours or days, e.g. 48 hours ] notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less notice than required, we may charge a cancellation/rescheduling fee (as specified in your agreement). Rescheduling is subject to our availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

👉 Provide safe, lawful access to the premises for us and our staff.

👉 Secure any valuables or fragile items in advance; we are not responsible for loss or damage of unsecured items.

👉 Remove excessive clutter or obstructions that would impede our cleaning process.

👉 Inform us in advance of any special conditions (e.g., pets, hazardous materials, allergy concerns).

👉 Provide clear instructions or priority areas and communicate any issues or dissatisfaction promptly.

6. Our Responsibilities & Standards

We will perform services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards, using reasonably available cleaning supplies and equipment. We are licensed and insured to provide such services. (Please retain proof of insurance if needed). We will use our best efforts to meet your expectations; however, we do not guarantee perfection (ordinary wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or extraordinary conditions may limit results).

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the services is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the service in question.


7.2 In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data.


7.3 You assume full responsibility for any decision to retain us and for the results of our service.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our full privacy practices are described in our separate Privacy Policy document. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information in accordance with that policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (including text, graphics, logos, images, videos) is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or otherwise exploit our content without our prior written consent.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or decline to provide services to any client at our sole discretion (for example, if the worksite is unsafe, or you fail to pay or comply with these Terms). In the event of termination, any outstanding amounts due remain payable.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use of our services after we post any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California (or the state where our business is located). Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with any service agreement, quote, addendum or invoice) constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations or agreements, whether written or oral.
